Transgender Victoria was co-founded by Kayleen White and Sally Goldner, in the late 1990s. The current president of TGV is Grace Lee. Other board members include Sally Goldner, Brenda Appleton, Lauren Christopher, Lou Cooper, Gavriil Aleksandrs, and Nikki Joyce.
